Mr. Harris holds both Grade 4 Distribution and Grade 4 Treatment operator certifications, reflecting a high level of technical expertise and commitment to the profession.
The nomination for this award was submitted by Operations Manager Saul Leal, recognizing Mr. Harris for his leadership, technical skill, and consistent contributions to the utility’s performance.
