Provides the following services with a small fee:

- Option for monthly Auto-Pay (this is NOT the CWC EZPay described above)
Opt-out of paper bill
Customers may "opt out" of receiving a monthly paper bill. You can sign up at Xpress Bill Pay through the above link if you want to receive an email notification of your monthly water bill at no cost to you.
