Customers may "opt out" of receiving a monthly paper bill. You can sign up at Xpress Bill Pay through the link at our web page www.communitywater.com if you want to receive an email notification of your monthly water bill at no cost to you. You do not have to sign up to make payments through Xpress Bill Pay in order to receive your free email notification. Once on the Xpress Bill Pay website, customers can also look at an electronic version of their bill from Community Water. Community Water Customers will have to create their own sign-in to Xpress Bill Pay using their own email address and create their own password. The benefits to switching to paperless billing are many; better organization, less clutter, greater security, less possibility of identity theft. This is my (our) authorization to STOP receiving paper statements. I understand that notification printed on the statements will not be mailed to me. This authorization shall continue until notice of cancellation is received by Community Water Company in such time as to afford reasonable opportunity to act on it.
