John is the Operator of Record and the Senior Treatment Supervisor for Community Water Company of Green Valley.  He earned a Certification Grade 4 Water Distribution System Operator in 2001, Grade 4 Water Treatment Plant Operator in 2001, and Grade 1 Wastewater Collections System Operator in 2014.  His areas of responsibility include the operation and maintenance of the arsenic treatment plants, remote monitoring system, and compliance reporting.  John leads a team of eleven and attributes receiving the award to the dedication of his team and to the customers we serve.
