We cannot guarantee the security of a drop box, and we will not risk our customers losing their identity and funds.
You can pay your bill with a Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card through our third-party vendor, www.XpressBillPay.com. A processing fee of 4.0% will apply. You may also use the bill pay function offered by your bank.
Our EZPay form is available on our website.
Sign up with Xpress Bill Pay or by calling 1-800-766-2350. Please have your 16-digit account number available for this service.

Separate bills will be generated for each property. Properties in the same customer name that are in close proximity to each other may be delivered together in one envelope. Otherwise, separate bills will be mailed at different times. Meters are read, and bills are created for the different neighborhoods in our service area throughout the month.
A 1.5% late fee will be applied to all late payments.
Finance Charges due to late payments are not eligible for a waiver.
A returned payment fee of $25 will be applied to your account. Please call 520-625-8409 to pay your account balance and the returned payment fee.

8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (closed noon to 1 p.m.)
We are closed for most major holidays.
Our office is closed to in-person visits. Customer service staff is available to assist you during office hours by phone, email, or through the contact us form.
Payment of your current account balance and a reconnect fee of $35 plus tax must be made to restore service. Payments may be made with a Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card over the phone at 520-625-8409 or through www.xpressbillpay.com. Check payments will not be accepted.
The average bill is $24.00 before tax.
