Community Water Company of Green Valley (“Community Water Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an SMS Technician Alert Program for authorized employees and contractors who perform operational, emergency response, utility locates, Blue Stake activities, after-hours callout duties, and related utility operations.
This program is intended solely for internal operational communications and is not available to customers or the general public.
Information We Collect
For the SMS Technician Alert Program, we may collect and maintain:
- Employee or contractor name
- Mobile telephone number
- Department or work assignment
- SMS messaging enrollment and consent records
- Message delivery and response information
How We Use Information
We use the information collected to:
- Send emergency notifications
- Send Blue Stake and utility locate alerts
- Communicate operational issues requiring immediate attention
- Notify employees of after-hours callouts
- Distribute safety-related or operationally critical information
