- Water system operational alerts

- After-hours dispatch communications
- Other time-sensitive operational messages
This program is intended solely for employees, contractors, and authorized personnel.
Consent
Participation in the SMS Technician Alert Program is voluntary and requires employee or contractor consent.
Consent may be obtained through:
- Employment onboarding documents
- Employee handbook acknowledgments
- Written authorization forms
- Internal enrollment requests
- Other documented company processes
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on operational needs, emergency events, utility locate requests, and employee work assignments.
Recipients may receive multiple messages during emergency situations or periods of increased operational activity.
